02 — Our Promise

How we build —
and why folks
call us back.

There’s nothing fancy about our process. We just don’t cut corners — and we put it in writing.

  1. Show up when we say we will.

On time, every time. We respect your schedule as much as we respect the work — if a window is 8 to 10, we’re there by 8.

  2. Quote what we charge. Charge what we quote.

No surprise add-ons, no “we ran into a thing” pricing on the back end. The number on your estimate is the number on your invoice.

  3. Build it like it’s our own property.

Plumb posts, square corners, clean cuts, set in concrete. If we wouldn’t accept it at home, we don’t install it at yours.

  4. Stand behind every post.

Workmanship warranty in writing. If something fails because of how we built it, we come back and make it right — no negotiation.

That’s the whole thing. Hold us to it.

06 — Common Questions

Straight answers.
No runaround.

The questions we hear most often. If yours isn’t here, just call — we’ll give you the same straight answer over the phone.

Call (321) 288-8003
  1. How much does a new fence cost?

It depends on material, length, gates, and site conditions. Chain link is the most affordable; vinyl and aluminum sit in the middle; custom wood and ornamental work runs higher. We give a real, written number on-site after we walk the property — no phone ballparks.

  2. How long does installation take?

A typical residential fence is a few days in the ground. Larger perimeters, custom gates, and full railing systems take longer. Whatever the timeline, we put a real start and finish date in your estimate — not a vague “we’ll get to it.”

  3. Will you pull the permit?

Yes. Most municipalities across Brevard, Indian River, and Volusia counties require permits for new fencing. We handle the paperwork as part of every job — not as a surprise line item on the back end.

  4. Will you handle HOA approval?

Yes. We provide drawings, material specs, and product samples sized to fit most HOA architectural review packets. Hand it off to us and we’ll get you in front of your board.

  5. What happens to my existing fence?

We tear out and haul off old fencing as part of any replacement project. No demo on you, no debris in your yard — just tell us how many feet are going.

  6. Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. All workmanship is warranted in writing against post failure, hardware defects, and installation issues. We pass through manufacturer material warranties directly to you, so coverage is on paper from day one.

Have a question we didn’t cover? We’d rather hear it than guess at it.
